Board of Directors

The Frisco EDC operates as a Texas nonprofit corporation and is governed by a seven-member board of directors appointed by the Frisco City Council.

Meetings & Agendas

Regular board meetings take place the third Wednesday of each month in the Frisco EDC boardroom, located at 6801 Gaylord Parkway, Suite 400. All meetings are open to the public; agendas are posted by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the meeting date.
