Blue Star Land Debuts Star Business Park

In 2018, Blue Star Land, the real estate titan owned by Jerry Jones, purchased the Frisco Park 25 project. Renamed Star Business Park, the industrial complex is now outfitted with an Amazon fulfillment center, the Dallas Cowboys merchandising distribution center, and several more warehouses, office buildings and related facilities.

A New Era of Logistics Management

In addition to physical logistics, the sector is also a hotbed for software, engineering, and AI logistics. Uber Freight, one of the world's preeminent logistics AI shipping platforms and software developments, offices out of Frisco. In 2021, the company completed its acquisition of Transplace, a Frisco startup offering logistics management services across several industries, reducing friction in supply chains.
