Corporate Space in Frisco
Frisco is one of the hottest markets in North Texas, with a strong demand for corporate sites and lifestyle centers, as well as mixed-use developments to meet the needs of new, expanding, and relocating businesses and to provide an environment where you can live, work, play, educate and innovate — all in one location.
Frisco has room for companies of all sizes to grow and reach their full potential, from Class A build-to-suit offices and developments to global distribution and retail/restaurant-ready commercial spaces.
Corporate Sites & Lifestyle Centers
Frisco’s successful corporate sites and lifestyle centers are more than just office spaces and buildings. They are pedestrian-friendly, walkable communities that make efficient use of the land and balance vibrant designs and integrated functions with a broad scope of amenities that include health and wellness, retail, dining and entertainment.
These developments in Frisco come in all sizes, from single- and two-story buildings to mega-developments set on hundreds of acres — and there’s still plenty of room for new growth.
Frisco’s Top Developments
The Star in Frisco
The Star in Frisco is the headquarters and practice facility for the world-famous Dallas Cowboys and was a first-of-its-kind public-private partnership between the Cowboys, the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School District.
Set on a 91-acre campus, The Star blends the best of sports and fandom together with a highly successful mixed-use development, including Baylor Scott & White Sports Therapy & Research at The Star, a world of shopping and dining options in The Star District, the 12,000-seat Ford Center at The Star, the Omni Frisco Hotel and more.
Frisco Station
Set on 242 acres in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor, this $1.8-billion, globally-recognized and award-winning project was among the first in the U.S. to be built from the ground up with AT&T’s 5G Evolution wireless technology, and it will be among the first cities in the country to be an Uber Elevate hub, with flights taking off from a rooftop vertiport starting in 2023.
Frisco Station continues to expand on its 5 million square feet of Class A office space and offers luxury living with 2,400 urban residences, along with miles of hiking and biking trails; open green space; a large dining, shopping and entertainment district; and its own health and wellness district.
Hall Park
At 162 acres, Hall Park goes beyond the expected for a mixed-use office development, providing amenities that include modern art, green gathering spaces, a fitness center and fine dining. The 17-building office park offers more than 2.2 million square feet of commercial and office space and is in the process of expanding into residential living with high-rise condos and apartments. Hall Park will build a new Performing Arts Center as part of future development. Hall Group is donating the land for this project. Hall Park also features the largest public art display in Texas.
PGA of America
The new headquarters of PGA of America opened in Frisco in 2022. In addition to the PGA’s offices, the 660-acre area in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor features two 18-hole championship courses, a nine-hole executive short course, a 500-room Omni resort with a 127,000-square-foot conference center, retail village, and parks and trails. The economic impact of the $520 million project could top $2.5 billion over the next 20 years.
Fields
Located on the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and Preston Road, Fields is a 2,544-acre mixed-use development and a project of Hunt Realty Investments and Karahan Companies. The Brookside area of the mixed-use development is currently under construction.
Firefly Park
Firefly Park is a 230-acre, mixed-use development planned for the southwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and U.S. Highway 380. The development will feature 5 million square feet of office space as well as 2,200 luxury residential units, a 200-room Dream Hotel (the first Texas location for the boutique hotel brand), and 380,000 square feet of retail space. Plans also include a music hall, an outdoor amphitheater, and food and beverage venues, as well as a 40-acre green belt. Hotel construction began in 2023, and the first phase of the development is planned to open in 2026.
Southstone Yards
Southstone Yards, a 45-acre, mixed-use development located at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 121 and Spring Creek Parkway, will be anchored by the first mass timber office building in North Texas. The building will possess market-leading air quality, promote sustainability and create an environment focused on tenant health and wellness. The 235,000-square-foot office building will also feature an onsite conference center, event space, meeting lounge, restaurant, coffee shop and fitness center. Future phases of Southstone Yards will also include a second 338,000-square-foot office building, as well as multifamily units and 3 acres of greenspace with two parks.

A Leader in Public-Private Leaderships
Frisco is a national leader of successful and effective public-private partnerships. These public-private partnerships have fueled Frisco’s economic engine and have contributed to the city’s global opportunities that companies located here experience on a daily basis.
One of our established relationships is with Frisco ISD, a partnership that also benefits our residents and students. Because every stadium in Sports City USA is available for FISD use — including the Dallas Cowboys' indoor facility at Ford Center, the PGA of America's championship golf courses at Fields Ranch, and FC Dallas's pristine soccer field at Toyota Stadium — Frisco youth have access to world-class sporting and practice facilities. They get to practice and play where the pros practice and play. This is one of the reasons Frisco was voted “Top Place to Raise an Athlete” by Men’s Journal.
